Nothing it is perfect.

The cottage was beautifully decorated and set in a stunning courtyard with lovely gardens. The beds were comfortable and the bed linen was of high quality. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a good shower and bath for relaxation. The whole cottage was clean, cozy, and warm. The milk and cake left as a welcome treat were a nice touch.

The cottage was a bit dusty and the oven needed cleaning. Some of the bulbs in the lights were not working, including the one above the kitchen hob.

Lovely cottage in a quiet part of Norfolk, 15 mins from Holt or Blakeney. Grade above usual rental quality furnishings. Wi-fi and TV worked well. Useful local info in welcome pack. Great for visiting nearby places. Beautiful and homely.

We had a wonderful Christmas getaway! the accommodation was stylish with a touch of humor, and the clean and simple design made it feel truly relaxing. the huge amount of space, high ceilings, and lots of light created a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. the bed was huge and super comfortable, and the large bathroom with a bath and rainfall shower was a treat. the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful coastal areas nearby, and we enjoyed some amazing walks. Plus, the value for money was great - we felt like we were getting so much for what we paid.

That we couldn't get the bath water to run cold - it was only coming out very hot. Although it wasn't a massive problem because we had a brilliant rainfall shower instead, it would have been nice to have the option for a cooler bath.

We just returned from a wonderful long weekend at Old Dairy Villa. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the excellent facilities and high-quality amenities. the cottage itself was stunning, with beautiful decor and comfortable beds with lovely linen. the kitchen was well-equipped, although it could have used some more baking trays and knives. the shower was fantastic, and there was even a bath for those who wanted to relax in the evening. the cottage was clean, cozy, and warm, perfect for a quiet and peaceful getaway. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras like milk and cake provided by Mariana. the location was ideal, with easy access to the coast and forest walks. And we loved having the side lawn for our dogs to run around.
